Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbeef stew
  2. I medium onion
  3. 1green pepper
  4. 1red pepper
  5. 1yellow pepper
  6. Carrots
  7. 1beef stock cube
  8. 200 mlmeat marinade
  9. 2garlice cloves
  10. Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade meet with all dry ingredients then add meat marinade leave for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    In a pot fry onion,garlic cloves, green red and yellow pepper

  3. 3

    Add the marinated meet then pour a cup of water then cook until the meet is tender

  4. 4

    Add carrots cook for 10 minutes then to thicken add brown onion soup
