Oil do hot in the kadai.

Now take a bowl and add all ingredients of pukode.

Now fry all pukode in high flame till brown and stir as well.

Put it on one side

Be cool down on the plate.

Now take a deep bowl and mix butter milk,water,salt,haldi,coriander powder,garam masala.and grind with hands or grinder.

Now put on the gas and boil for ten minutes in the slow flame.stir continously.

Now add pukodas and boil again five minutes.

Now switch off the gas.

Now take a small pan and add jeera.crackle them and add curry leaves,red chilli and green chilli too.

Pour this chounk in the kadi.

Hot kadi serve with jeera rice.
