Ingredients

30 miunutes
4 persons
  1. 1 packetbutter milk
  2. salt as per taste
  3. 1spoon red chilli powder
  4. 1/2spoon haldi
  5. 1spoon garam masala
  6. 1spoon coriander powder
  7. 2spoon besan
  8. 1green chilli
  9. 1spoon jeera
  10. leavescurry
  11. 2 bowlwater
  12. for pukode
  13. 4spoon besan
  14. 1/2spoon soda cooking
  15. 2onion long strips
  16. salt as per taste
  17. 1spoon red chilli
  18. 1/2spoon haldi
  19. 1/2 bowlwater
  20. oil for fry

Steps

30 miunutes
  1. 1

    Oil do hot in the kadai.

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl and add all ingredients of pukode.

  3. 3

    Now fry all pukode in high flame till brown and stir as well.

    Put it on one side

  5. 5

    Be cool down on the plate.

  6. 6

    Now take a deep bowl and mix butter milk,water,salt,haldi,coriander powder,garam masala.and grind with hands or grinder.

    Now put on the gas and boil for ten minutes in the slow flame.stir continously.

  8. 8

    Now add pukodas and boil again five minutes.

  9. 9

    Now switch off the gas.

  10. 10

    Now take a small pan and add jeera.crackle them and add curry leaves,red chilli and green chilli too.

  11. 11

    Pour this chounk in the kadi.

  12. 12

    Hot kadi serve with jeera rice.

  13. 13

    Enjoy.
