Ingredients

  1. 12oz. Ziti, cooked al dente
  2. 1bunch Kale, boiled and squeezed dry
  3. 1lb. ground Beef
  4. 1large Onion, chopped fine
  5. 3cloves Garlic, minced
  6. 126 oz. Spaghetti sauce
  7. 1can diced Tomatoes, drained
  8. 1tbl. Sugar
  9. 1tsp. pepper and garlic salt, each
  10. 1tbl. Oregano
  11. 32oz. Ricotta
  12. 8oz shredded Motzarella
  13. 8oz Asiago or Parm, shredded
  14. 8oz Provolone, sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown beef with onion and garlic, drain.

  2. 2

    Mix tomato products and spices, add meat.

  3. 3

    Mix cheeses (except provalone) and kale.

  4. 4

    Place 1 cup tomato mix in bottom of large pan. Add 1/2 of ziti. Add 1/2 cheese mixture.

  5. 5

    Repeat, topping with sauce.

  6. 6

    Cover with provolone cheese.

  7. 7

    Bake 375 until bubbly and brown. About 35 mins.

  8. 8

    Let stand 10 mins. and serve.
