Preheat oven 450° Fahrenheit

Season the meat put into a ziploc bag add vinegar oil set in the refrigerator 60 minutes

Sear the meat in a frying pan with bacon drippings

After you sear both sides add to pan put in oven 3-5 minutes let sit 10 minutes to rest

Take the marinade from bag put into pan add butter

Let it simmer stirring occasionally till nice and thick add sugar

Cut the steak on a bias

I made a mistake on the recipe I had 3 tablespoons of salt instead of 1 I am sorry for all who did this recipe with 3Tbs salt instead of 1 my utmost apologies
