Using a skillet add oil and minced garlic and cooked on med high heat. Stir occasionally.

Add chicken broth to garlic oil and heat to a high simmer. Then add red pepper flakes, sugar, and spinach. Cook to desired tenderness of spinach and when liquid is evaporated . Make sure to stir occasionally

When spinach is done, add garlic salt and lighty toss.
