4 cupall-purpose flour
2 tbspbaking powder
9 tbspgranulated sugar
1/8 tspallspice
1/2 tspground cinnamon
1/2 tspground nutmeg
1/4 tspground ginger
4each eggs
1/2 tspsalt
4 cupmilk
1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin
2 tspvanilla extract

Mix all dry ingredients together in a big bowl

Add wet ingredients

Mix very well

Spray your heated waffle iron with non stick spray, we use olive oil cooking spray

Add waffle mix slowly to iron til full and cook

Repeat steps 4 and 5 til all batter cooked
