Microwave Scrambled Egg

No more soaking and scrubbing pans! You can have more control in how 'set' your eggs are, aswell. This is the only way to do it, really. Some people like to add other things to their scrambled eggs...cheese, herbs...my brother used to add ketchup and might very well still do it!

Steps
- 1
In a microwavable bowl, whisk the eggs well with a pinch of salt (this helps break down the egg)
- 2
Cover bowl wuth plastic wrap.
- 3
Microwave for 30 seconds (800W)
- 4
Take out bowl, uncover, stir well, re-cover and microwave for 30 seconds more.
- 5
Allow to stand for 30 seconds then uncover and stir.
- 6
Depending on how you like your eggs, and how large they were to start with, you may wish to give them 10 seconds more. Remember that microwaved foods retain heat and continue cooking, so keep them a little 'wet' (I like my eggs that way, tbh)
- 7
Serve with a little ground black pepper on top.
