Ingredients

4-6 servings
  • 250 gm or one bowl Dhuli maah daal
  • 2medium sized onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kali mirch powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tsphing
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 teaspoonhaldi powder
  • 6 bowl or 1.5 litresWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek pan me daal ko dho kar 6 bowl water daal ublne ke liye rakh de. Isme 1/2 teaspoon salt,haldi or thodi hing daal de. ek boil aane par gas slow kar de for10 min.fir gas off kar de.

    Ab ek pan me oil dale or usme jeera dale, crackle hone par ginger dale.

  3. 3

    Ab isme onion dale,golden brown hone par isme hing, red Chilli, green chilli,1/2 ts salt daal kar mix karein

  4. 4

    Ab isme tomato dale or pakne tak tadka ready karein.

  5. 5

    Daal ka ek cup water nikal le or tadke me daal de.fir baki daal chhan kar water nikal de or chani daal ko tadke me dale.mix karein.2 min. Full flame par hilae.or gas off kar de. Daal ready hai.garma garam chapati sath prose.
