Take a heavy bottom pan add cream in it and wait for a boil. Then add milk take agar agar and add this in sugar and put it in the milk. Stir continuously take the betel leaf, paan masala gulkand and grind them

Now add this in boiling milk and cream

Switch off the flame and let it cool
