Add millet flour and rice flour in a bowl.

Add onion into it.

Add green chilli, capsicum

Add garam masala 1/2 tsp and kasuri methi

Add salt as per your taste; add ginger-garlic powder

Add water gradually to prepare a batter

Add chopped fresh mint leaves or crushed dry mint leaves

Leave it to rest for 10 minutes

Spread oil with tissue paper on a non-stick pan

Pour batter and spread it

Let it cook on low flame

Add oil on it after you see the holes forming

Flip it and apply oil on this side too

Now it's ready to serve with green chutney
