Rinse your shredded potatoes till the water used to rinse turns out clear.

Mix in all the other ingredients

Heat oil in a pan and fry in small batches made out of scoops. Dont scoop to much at once for easy cooking and to make sure it cooks all through.

Cook until nice and golden on both sides. Serve hot with ketchup. Enjoy
