Peanut butter honey oatmeal
I just got back from donating plasma, they said eat a full meal but I don't have much to work with at the moment. On top of that I'm trying the while vegan diet for the next few weeks so that cut me down more. Luckily I love oatmeal so I got creative. I like the results. Enjoy.

I just got back from donating plasma, they said eat a full meal but I don't have much to work with at the moment. On top of that I'm trying the while vegan diet for the next few weeks so that cut me down more. Luckily I love oatmeal so I got creative. I like the results. Enjoy.

Boil water and add oats

Add salt and let cook for 5 minutes, turn down heat to simmer.

Add peanut butter and mix in until creamy consistency.

Drizzle in honey for added sweetness.

Serve in bowl and add almond milk if desired, personally I think the combination of peanut butter, honey, and vanilla go in perfect harmony together but that's me.
