Ingredients

  1. 2 lbShrimp
  2. 1/2Fresh lemon
  3. 1 smallRed onion
  4. 2 tspMince garlic
  5. 4 tbspButter
  6. 1 tbspTony Chachere's Creole seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    If you have fresh shrimp peel, and devein the shrimp. If frozen thaw according to package.

  2. 2

    While your chopping your red onion u can let the butter start melting. Over medium high heat.

  3. 3

    Chop red onion when butter is almost melted add onions, sauté for a couple minutes. Then add minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.

  4. 4

    Add shrimp and lemon juice. Cook until shrimp turns pink. Be careful not to over cook shrimp they can get rubbery.

  5. 5

    When done serve and enjoy
