1/2 cupsoy sauce
1/2 cupolive oil
5 tbspdijon mustard
4 cloveminced garlic
1pork loin, or 6 thick pork chops or pork roast

Add all ingredients together and mix in a bowl except pork

Put marinade in a zip lock bag and add pork and mix in bag

Close bag and put in the fridge over night
4

Next day BBQ or bake or what ever you like cook until done.
