Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprolled oats
  2. 1 tbspground cinnamon
  3. 4 tbspgranulated sugar
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 6-8 cupswater
  6. 1 canevaporated milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend together the oatmeal, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and 2 cups of water until well blended.

  2. 2

    Pour the mixture in a pitcher and add the remaining water. Add the evaporated milk. Stir well!!

  3. 3

    Chill in the fridge for an hour. Enjoy!!

This is a great drink ,but i ues just the oatmeal water it heals n help my patients to feel better just oats and water to leace over night strain n put in the fridge no added sugar or spices just oatmeal water. And drink as often as you want as water
