Pick out pepper from 4 peppercorn ,,cut halves another 3,chopped shallots ,garlic

On medium heat ,add butter ,fry no.1until fragrance

Add whipping cream,halves peppercorn ,seasoning with salt,fresh ground black pepper ,optional add brown sauce powder ,stir and let it simmer approximately 2 mins ,heat off

This sauce is sooooo good with steak :)
