  1. 1 largefresh bagett bread
  2. 1 packageschevere Goat Cheese
  3. 1 bunchchives
  4. 2 largeBosch Pears
  5. 2 tbsphoney

Cooking Instructions

    Slice up the bagett thin and toast them off in olive oil and a Lil salt

  2. 2

    Slice thin the pears

  3. 3

    Spread the goat cheese onto the crostini

  4. 4

    Top with the pear drizzle with a little bit of honey

  5. 5

    Chop up the chives and add a cpl just for garnish

I'm a Chef now after being in the Bar business for over 30 yrs. I always loved cooking for my family and friends and I got my cooking chops at the Hilton hotel in Odessa,TX about 23 yrs ago when I volunteered to help out in the kitchen after our staff walked out on a strike!
