  • 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspfresh minced garlic
  • pinchof salt
  • pinchof pepper
  • salad
  • 1 cuphalved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cupsliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cuphalved cocktail bocconcini
  • 1 tspfresh chopped basil
