This is my mothers recipe for meatloaf. Quick and easy to prepare. Best meatloaf I've ever had.

I often make this meatloaf when I’m pressed for time and I want to make something healthy and delicious for the week.Using 93% lean ground turkey has less saturated fat than other meat choices. But because it’s lean, adding moisture in the form of other ingredients is necessary to obtain a moist meatloaf. My mom was a nanny when she was younger, and brought this meatloaf recipe from that family. It's so delicious, I'll never need another meatloaf recipe. Please read the directions first, since this isn't all exact measurements. But trust me, it's not hard to get right.

Need a Meatloaf, subtler than a 'sausage'. I sometimes prep it the night before for everything to meld, conglomerate in perfect seasoning and flavor. Make and mix the loaf, and refrigerate ovetnight.

I have made this many times, and it turns out perfect every time..I love that it doesn't require guesswork! The consistency is always perfect, and thanks to the spices in the stuffing mix, it tastes amazing...Its always a great hit for my family when I make it, with no leftovers.
