Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPeanut butter- chunky or creamy
  2. 1 cupwhite sugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/2 tspvanilla extract- any kind any flavor
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  6. 1/3 tspalmond extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Drop tablespoon round of dough on non-greased cookie sheet

  3. 3

    Flatten each ball with fork dipped in white sugar

  4. 4

    Bake 15-20 minutes

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and cool completely before removing from baking sheet. If you remove too early the cookies will crumble.
