2 cupfinely ground cornmeal
1 cupflour
1/2large onion diced
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupmilk whole
1/4 cupvegetable oil
oil to fry with

Heat the oil in a frying pan

Mix all the other ingredients it has to be thick when oil is hot get a spoonful of hushpuppie mix and drop into hot oil fry till done move to paper towels to absorb excess oil
