Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 6 ozswai filet
  2. 1/4 largeleaf of a banana tree
  3. 1 smallgarlic cloves
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tsprosemary
  6. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Rinse leaf slice your clove

  3. 3

    Add olive oil,salt, garlic, and rosemary

    Lay out a piece of the leaf add your filet

    Fold the leaf around filet tie with the stem part of the leaf bake 22 -25 minutes if you have no leaves available use parchment paper and fold the filet up but the leaf gives it flavor
