Boil the pasta until half-cooked, then grind it in a food processor with 2 tablespoons of milk to make it easier to grind.

Place a pot on the stove with the milk, sugar, vanilla, and coconut. Stir until the sugar dissolves, adding a tablespoon of butter.

Add the ground pasta to the milk and stir.

Dissolve the cornstarch in 1/2 cup of water and add it to the pasta, stirring continuously.

Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in the mixture, and let it cool completely. Then spread the clotted cream and a tablespoon of butter on top.

Bake in the oven until golden brown, then let it cool. Enjoy!
