Clean the outside and clean out the cavity of the cornish hen

Cut up vegetables

Mix seasoning together

Rub the cornish hens down with olive oil and seasoning

Stuff the cavity of the hens with vegetables

Cook for 1 hour and 15 min you can turn on broiler when the hour and 15 minutes is up to make skin crispy
