Cornish Hens with Wild Rice.

Cooking Instructions

melt butter add garlic powder, basil, rosemary, and pepper
- 2
rub mixture on hens
- 3
place hens on rotisserie, cook for 45 minutes, until juices no longer pink and skin is golden

For The Rice Side
- 5
melt butter in pan
- 6
saute onion
- 7
add rice and 3 cups water
- 8
heat to boiling then cover and reduce heat
- 9
stir in garlic powder and basil
- 10
simmer for 45 to 60 minutes until tender
- 11
for 2 hearty servings serve chickens whole, for two light serving split chickens

serve with the rice as a side
