Ingredients

20 mins
  • 150 gramswhole wheat flour
  • 250 gramsoatmeal
  • 150 gramsbrown sugar
  • 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tbspbaking soda
  • 100 gramsbutter
  • 1egg
  • 50 gramscocoa powder
  • 2 tbspflax seed

    Mix all dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add egg and butter and mix well

  3. 3

    Shape cookies as thin as possible and bake using a baking sheet for about 15 to 18 minutes at 180C
