We used to prepare this meal back at home when we visited she always insisted on cooking this as it was my favourite and it was very quick to prepare. I liked it because it was one of the first recipes for me to learn.

We used to prepare this meal back at home when we visited she always insisted on cooking this as it was my favourite and it was very quick to prepare. I liked it because it was one of the first recipes for me to learn.
Steps

Place onions in a sufuria and add 60ml cooking oil and stir.

Add tomatoes and stir as they soften after a minute add the peas and potatoes.

Add royco as you stir.
- 4
Add 1 and ½cup water and salt. Cover for 5-10minutes as the potatoes cook.

When potatoes are cooked set aside.

Place cabbage, 30ml cooking, salt and ⅛ cup water in a sufuria and stir.

After 3 minutes turn off heat and serve.
