1chopped onion
1 Tbcooking oil
1/2ts royco powder

Boil meat till tender
2

Add the oil and onions
3

Fry till onions are golden
4

Add tomatoes and simmer for five mins
5

Add some water, salt and royco
6

Stir gently and leave to boil till ready and serve with hot rice
