Steps

Wash pot clean and put on fire.

Pour 2 litres of water and heat to 50 degree centigrate

Add sugar and stirr to homogeneity
- 4
Introduce milk and stirr to dissolve and himogenize
- 5
Heat to 90 degrees and allow for 30mins to pasteurize
- 6
Cool to 45 degrees and inoculate with yoghurt culture
- 7
Allow for 6hours to ferment
- 8
Cool and refrigerate or drink yummy
- 9
