Steps

Sieve all the dry ingredients together.

Add sugar & oil. Add liquid a little at a time. Mix to a soft rollable dough.

Roll and cut into small diamond shapes.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Serve hot or let cool snd store in an airtight container. They can keep for a whole week serving as s snack or packed break item for school children.
