4large potatoes chopped 1 cm or 1/2 cm thick
300 mlcooking oil

Heat a pan with oil on medium flame.

When hot,fry the potatoes and toss them in oil gently.

When one side is ready,turn the fries.

When fries are ready,remove from heat and serve.
