Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 4large potatoes chopped 1 cm or 1/2 cm thick
  2. 300 mlcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan with oil on medium flame.

  2. 2

    When hot,fry the potatoes and toss them in oil gently.

  3. 3

    When one side is ready,turn the fries.

  4. 4

    When fries are ready,remove from heat and serve.
