  2. 1 pintscooked Chinese Jasmine rice
  3. 1 1/3 lbground turkey or beef
  4. 1/3 cupflour
  5. 1 quartchicken broth or beef broth
  6. 1/2 largeonion, chopped
  7. 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  8. 1/2 tsponion powder
  9. 1/4 tspsalt

    Brown your meat with onions

    Add your rice let warm throughout add your flour

    Stir well till flour disappears incorporated into the rice and meat

    Add your broth stirring constantly till broth becomes gravy
