Ingredients

  • 2 cupscooked chickpeas (about 330 grams)
  • 3 tablespoonstahini
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice (about 60 ml)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • For garnish:
  • 1/4 teaspoonground cumin
  • Ground red chili or sumac
  • Parsley leaves or chopped parsley

Steps

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.

  2. 2

    Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and garnish with ground red chili, parsley leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil.
