1Buffalo style mozzarella. ( soft fresh style )
2large sliced tomatoes
1fresh basil leaves
1splash of balsamic vinegar
1splash of extra virgin olive oil

Steps

Make thick slices of your tomato

Slice your buffalo mozzarella and place on top of tomato slice
3

Tear the basil leaves and place on top of the buffalo mozzarella
4

Drizzle your olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top and enjoy!
