For a while i was buying greek seasoning. and it is extremely salty - soo i figured id try to make the seasoning.. without nearly as much salt. The homemade version tastes better then the bought stuff. Less chemicals /salty taste - more herbs :D

  4. 16 gramsThyme Leaf
  5. 26 gramsTumeric
  6. largeHandful Parsley Flakes
  7. 18 gramsSweet Basil
  8. 71 gramsgarlic powder
  9. 54 gramsonion powder
  10. 16 gramsoregano leaves
  11. salt (greek seasoning salts - optional, may omit if you prefer salt free)
  12. small handful black pepper
  13. pinchground cinnamon

    ** the portions used are to allow for making jar size quantity - to last quite a while **

    Take all ingredients and mill them into a fine powder. Load into jars to store and use.

The stuff i cook is vegan, and do substitute to what i eat, because of allergies etc some may be old. i am on a rx meal plan not allowed to use food with lactose/treenuts.
