Ingredients

  • 1 kgGround pork (lean)
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1/4 cupchopped kinchay
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  • 1/4 cupchopped celery
  • 1egg
  • dashsalt and pepper
  • 1/4 cupgrated cheese
  • 40lumpia wrapper
  • 1 1/2 cupoil (depends on how deep is your pan)
  • 1/4 cupvinegar
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 3 tbspbanana ketchup
  • 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Wrap it.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for deep frying. Cook for about 7 - 9 minutes each batch.

  4. 4

    Soon as done, drip it. While draining the excess oil make a sauce.

  5. 5

    In a sauce pan, mix vinegar, sugar, ketchup , water and salt. Let it boil till it thickens.

  6. 6

    Serve with hot rice.
