Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 3 eachchicken breasts-cut bite size
  2. 4 tbspvegetable oil
  3. 1/2onion, chopped
  4. 2 clovegarlic mashed
  5. 1/4ginger-grated or powder
  6. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  9. 3 cuprice
  10. 1/2cabbage-rough chop

Cooking Instructions

    Cook rice ahead of time.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and pan fry chicken.

    Heat two tablespoons of oil and lightly brown garlic, ginger and onion.

  4. 4

    Quickly add soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir and heat until diluted.

  5. 5

    Add water and boil mixture until a little thick. Add pan fried chicken, turn to coat. Set aside.

    Stir fry cabbage.

  7. 7

    In a bowl, layer rice, cabbage and chicken topped with sauce. Enjoy.
