First you make sugar syrup

When it is ready add saffron strands and cardamom powder keep a side

Take a bowl put besan make a ghol with water

Add baking powder and 1 tbspoon oil mix well

Keep it for 15 min

After 15 min mix well

Take 2 bowl put the batter half half

One bowl add red colour another bowl add yellow colour mix lightly

Take a pan roast dur fruits on sim flam till half golden keep a side

Take a kadai heat pure ghee

You take hole spoon

When oil heat you fry the boondi with help of hole spoon

Fry it on slow flame

Now you take sugar syrup bowl add boondi and dry fruits

Mix well lightly

Now you make laddu as you like small or big

At the last you put silver wark on it
