My fiancè & I were out to eat & we couldn't decide what to choose because there were several things on the menu that seemed appetizing. So she got the steak & I told her we would make the chicken the next night for dinner. What we conjured up was amazing!

Food is more than something we eat...it's art, science, love, excitement. I have been cooking since I was 11 years of age & I still love it! My recipes are not the most accurate for the fact that I don't really measure anything. I season with love & passion. I love to bring happiness to the table with food, after all, what's a great meal if you don't have someone to share it with?!
