Chop the onions, garlic and peppers. Small enough to be placed in the blender.

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender to make the jerk sauce. NOT THE MEAT 😂

Cut the meat up in to cube pieces. Stab some holes in the pork cube pieces.

Rub majority of the sauce in to the meat. Slap it up, flip it, rub it down. Save some sauce.

Cover the meat and place the pork in the fridge to marinate 4-5hrs or overnight. The longer the better.

Cook meat slowly until cooked through the middle, turning every hour. Baste with some of the remaining marinade sauce.

4 hours on 350 oven

3 hours on high in crock pot.
- 9
3 1/2 hours on grill.
