Sauté chicken,onions,garlic,parsley,peppers,salt and pepper together untill done.add 3 cups water,enchiladas sauce ,Mexican cheese to chicken mixture and cook for 15 minutes.dip tortilla to salsa ,fill with chicken mixture then rolled and place on baking sheet.put them in the oven while you are preparing the cheese.put half stick butter and melt in the pan,add flour and whisk to well mixed ,add milk slowly to prevent lumps,once it starts to thicken add your cheese untill smooth n yummy.pour over the enchiladas and broil until its bubbly.you are done
