Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcorn flour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 4 cupswater
  4. 1 tsplemon juice
  5. 2-3 drops yellow food colour
  6. 1/2 tspchopped almonds
  7. 2 tablespoonsghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add water.

  2. 2

    Add corn flour.

  3. 3

    Add sugar

  4. 4

    Mix all

  5. 5

    Stir on slow flame till became transparent.

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice

  7. 7

    Add ghee

  8. 8

    Mix till ghee abdorbed.

  9. 9

    Now mix half of chopped almonds mix well.

  10. 10

    Sprinkle some almonds on top and rest one hour.

  11. 11

    Cut the slices and serve.
