  1. 1/2 cupChopped onion
  2. 3 tbspButter
  3. 2 cupMashed cooked pumpkin
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1 tbspBrown Sugar
  6. 1/4 tspNutmeg
  7. 1 pinchGround pepper
  8. 3 cupChicken Broth
  9. 1/2 cupHalf and Half (or whip cream or CC)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Brown onions with butter.

  2. 2

    Add mashed pumpkin and all seasonings.

  3. 3

    Slowly add chicken broth and heat thoroughly, but don't boil.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and stir in cream.

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
