  3. 1 lbground sirloin, beef
  4. 1 1/4 lbground pork
  5. 1 lbkebasia sausage
  6. 1/3 lbground smoked ham
  7. vegetables
  8. 1/2 cupsliced sweet multicolored peppers
  9. 1 lbcauliflower
  10. 1 largechopped onion
  11. 1 cupsliced carrots
  12. spices
  13. 1/4 cupground cumin
  14. 1 tbspground cumin
  15. 1 tbspsalt
  16. 2 1/2 tbspminced garlic
  17. 1 tspHersheys extra dark cocoa powder
  18. 1/4 cuphoney
  19. tomatoes
  20. 28 ozcrushed tomatoes
  21. 28 ozdiced tomatoes
  22. 28 oztomato sauce
  23. 6 oztomato paste
  24. toppings
  25. 2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  26. 33 gramspickled jalapeño peppers sliced
  27. 2 tbspcilantro, chopped
  28. 2 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the beef, pork, with onions and peppers.

    Chop the lamb into small pieces, add to the pot. Stirring occasionally.

    Chop the cauliflower and slice the carrots

  4. 4

    Slice the sausage into medallions. Add and stir. Add ground smoked ham, then add cauliflower and carrots.

    Add all tomato products and spices stir well. Make sure the tomato paste gets incorporated in well.

    Simmer for an hour on low. Let sit 15 minutes stir and serve with toppings.

You want carbs from beans because legumes are are high in fiber. You have over 1950 calories of cheese and a holy f***load of saturated fat from the grinds, sausage, cheese, & cocoa.
