Braise onions and green pepper in olive oil until lightly brown

Cook tomato over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly

Add onions and green peppers to tomatoes and simmer for a further 20 minutes, stirring constantly
- 4
Now add the remainder of the ingredients and continue simmering over a low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly
- 5
Let the sauce cool enough to be able to be liquidised in a food processor. Liquidise until smooth.
