Ingredients

  1. 1kilo shredded beef(or less)
  2. 1 table spoonchopped garlic
  3. 1 table spoonchopped ginger
  4. 2bulbs onions(1 chopped, 1 julienned)
  5. Carrots, green pepper, red pepper (julienned)
  6. Corn starch slurry (cornstarch and little water for thickening)
  7. Dark soy sauce
  8. Ketchup
  9. Pepper
  10. cubesSeasoning
  11. Oil(vegetable)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot or wok, add oil and heat it up.

  2. 2

    Add garlic, ginger and onions... Fry till very fragrant! And almost crispy but not burnt please.

  3. 3

    Add shredded beef already pre seasoned. Fry till it is cooked.... Then add pepper(I use dry Ghanapepper)

  4. 4

    Taste and correct seasoning, then add slurry and soy sauce + ketchup (just a little) cook till thickened. Then drop from heat.

  5. 5

    In a separate pan, add oil, heat it and add julienned vegetables and a little salt or seasoning cubes. Lightly fry it till vibrant.... Then add to your beef.

  6. 6

    Stir to incorporate the vegetables and serve with rice, pasta, potatoes etc
