This is one recipe that never fails me, so easy and oh so tasty. It's so quick to make, so when I have guest and want to cook something fast but still want to leave a great impression on their taste buds.... This is one of the sauces I go for.

This is one recipe that never fails me, so easy and oh so tasty. It's so quick to make, so when I have guest and want to cook something fast but still want to leave a great impression on their taste buds.... This is one of the sauces I go for.

In a pot or wok, add oil and heat it up.

Add garlic, ginger and onions... Fry till very fragrant! And almost crispy but not burnt please.

Add shredded beef already pre seasoned. Fry till it is cooked.... Then add pepper(I use dry Ghanapepper)

Taste and correct seasoning, then add slurry and soy sauce + ketchup (just a little) cook till thickened. Then drop from heat.

In a separate pan, add oil, heat it and add julienned vegetables and a little salt or seasoning cubes. Lightly fry it till vibrant.... Then add to your beef.

Stir to incorporate the vegetables and serve with rice, pasta, potatoes etc
