Steps

First take besan in one bowl and add salt, garlic chilli coriander paste, methi, jowar flour and turmeric and dry mix it first.

Now slowly add 1 tbsp oil and curd to make nice dough. Dough should not be too stiff.

Make 3 cm long and 1 cm thick cylinder shape. Make all similar size

Now boil water and add 1 tsp oil and pinch of salt(optional). Add add these cylinders in boiling water and put lid on. Cook it fpr 5-8 mins or till it floats on top.

Take those out and put it on strainer.

Now heat oil and deep fry it till it become golden brown.
