Cooking Instructions

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except mayonnaise, buns and lettuce. Mix well. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Place patties on broiler pan.

Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165ºF.

Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Place lettuce, turkey burgers and tomato on bottom halves of buns. Cover with top halves of buns.
