Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspveg oil
  2. 1 1/2 tbspGinger shredded
  3. 4 clovesGarlic Crushed
  4. 4Chicken Breasts cut cubed 1 inch
  5. 1/2Onion chopped length wise
  6. 2Carrots cut into strips
  7. 10long beans left length wise
  8. 1/2 tspCourse salt
  9. 1/2 tspWhite Pepper
  10. 3sweet coloured sweet peppers chopped length wise
  11. 1 largeSpring onion chopped length wise
  12. 1 bunchBok Choy cut length wise
  13. SAUCE:
  14. 3 tbspOyster sauce
  15. 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  16. 1 1/4 cupChicken Stock
  17. 1 pinchsalt
  18. 1 tspBrown Sugar
  19. 1 tspRice wine vinegar
  20. 2 tspCorn Starch or Corn Flour

    Have all your veg prepared, and chicken .

    Grate the ginger and crush the garlic.

    Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix, but leave out the corn starch at this stage. Set aside

    In a deep wok, or large deep fry pan, heat up the oil until hot. Add the ginger then garlic fry for about 6 seconds.

    Then add the chicken and fry and keep turning and mixing, until the chicken turns white all over, about 5--6 minutes.

    Add the onion, carrots, salt, pepper and green beans and fry for about 5 minutes stirring all the time.

    Add the spring onion and sweet peppers, fry for 1 minute

    Add the sauce, bring to boil, stirring all the time, then lower hear and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cornstarch to a little water and add to the mixture. It should go thicker.

    Add the bok choy, stir and serve with fried rice, steameed rice or noodles.

Cookpad founder Member Ambassador, Also a Cookaholic.I love this Cookpad Site, Recipes, friends, interesting people and outstanding recipes, and able to see and to taste food from all over the world. i have learned so much more here, spices , herbs and lovely recipes of different cultures. also experimenting mixing different herbs and spices and making my own creations .I have cooked for my family since I was 14yrs, home from school as my Grandmother could no longer cook she was 91yrs, my Dad worked and there was only me so I learned quite quick and have always enjoyed it. I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
