Mince meat semi fine.

Chop onion and mix with the beef mix.

Add chili,seasoning,salt and garlic powder.

Break an egg in and knead to mix.

Shape into same sized balls and fry in hot oil.

Turn over to brown all over. Use a toothpick to test and bring it out. Ready to eat. Garnish as you deem fit
